Brian Doneghy is a former Division I football player who competed at both the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati. His firsthand experience at the highest collegiate level gives him a deep understanding of the athlete journey — the grind, the pressure, and the importance of having the right guidance and support system.

 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, Brian blends real athlete experience with strategic business and branding expertise. He understands not only how to compete on the field, but how to build and position a brand off of it.

 

Having lived the process himself, Brian founded BRND II BRND Sports Marketing to be the partner he wished he had — someone who truly understands an athlete’s world, elevates their brand, and opens doors to meaningful NIL opportunities. His mission is to empower athletes through authentic storytelling, strategic branding, and relationship-driven support — building a family, not just a roster.
